Institute of Banking and Business Management (IBBM) for designed a Professional Certificate in Microfinance Program in partnership with Microfinance Expansion Project (MEP) and Center for Excellence in Financial Inclusion (CEFI). The professional Certificate program is delivered in three stages, covering Fundamentals in Microfinance, Business math and accounting, essentials of microfinance lending, customer service and financial management in stage one and Operational risk management, Loan assessment monitoring and recovery, Management Information systems and reporting, delinquency management in stage two and Strategic business management, Financial management, Ratio analysis, regulatory compliance and reporting and corporate governance at the final stage. Microfinance staff training series is a timely intervention to fulfill the need of the industry and support the Professional Certificate in Microfinance as a training toolkit and reference material.
